Observer's Pass

Any Sniper or Purveyor can mint up to 10 Observer's Passes for 0.03 Ether each. These passes can be given to anyone the Pass holder wants to share their channel with. Observers have access to all of the Members Only channels, but do not receive their own private channel. A Sniper/Purveyor can invite Observers to their private channel, and the Observer can chat there, but cannot set up subscriptions unless given the right to. By minting Observers, a Sniper/Purveyor becomes committed. While the Sniper/Purveyor has outstanding Observers, the Sniper/Purveyor token is untransferable. In order to re-enable transfers, the Observers must be retrieved and burned. They do not have to be the same Observers you initially minted, just the same amount. Note that if you have multiple Sniper/Purveyor Passes (which is not recommended), you may transfer them as long as you don't fall below a 1:10 ratio of Sniper/Purveyors to Observers.
